The problem

A hotel sells a night. A serviced apartment sells a month — and almost every serviced apartment site in the city is built like a hotel's, with a “from ₹2,800” and no way to find out what a month costs.
So the monthly rate, which is the entire commercial argument, only ever comes out on a phone call that most people never make.
Corporate bookers comparing three properties want distances, inclusions and a GST invoice policy in writing. They get a photo gallery.
The listing sites take a cut of every booking and own the guest relationship. There is no direct channel to send anybody to.

Pick an apartment, a date and a number of nights. It combines months, weeks and nights so the guest pays the least — including telling them when they are three nights short of a month and the month is cheaper. One button hands the whole quote to WhatsApp.
