Enrolment and batches
Programs, batches and coaches are set up once. Students enrol into a batch and the classes generate themselves from the weekly schedule, instead of being typed in one at a time.

Attendance
Student attendance software a coach can actually use — marked from a phone at the start of class, in the room, in under a minute. Every mark is kept, so a parent asking about last term gets an answer instead of a guess.

Fees and invoicing
Invoices raised automatically on a schedule you set, paid online by UPI or card, receipted, and reconciled without anyone matching screenshots. Arrears are a list, not an argument.

Questions
Is this off-the-shelf academy management software or built for us?
Built for you. We do not resell a product and we never reuse one client's codebase for another client. What makes it three to six weeks instead of six months is that every part of it has been designed and solved once already on the live system — the thinking is done, the code is written fresh for you and it is yours.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Invoices are raised automatically, parents pay by UPI or card from a link, and a receipt is issued straight away. Reconciliation happens on its own, which is the part that actually gives you your evenings back — no more matching UPI screenshots against a spreadsheet.
We have 40 students, not 400. Is this overkill?
Probably, and we will tell you so on the call. At 40 students a good website with a registration form and a simple fee tracker may be all you need, and that is a much smaller job. The full student management system starts making sense somewhere around a hundred students or when you have more than two or three coaches to pay.
What happens to the data we already have?
We import it. Your existing spreadsheet of students, batches and outstanding fees gets brought in before you go live, so you start with your real academy in the system rather than an empty one.
How long does an academy build take?
Three to six weeks, depending on how much of it you need. We scope it properly on a call first, because the honest answer for a 60-student single-subject class is different from the answer for a 300-student academy across three branches.
Can we see the real system before deciding?
Yes. It is live and in daily use, and we will walk you through the running platform on a call — the actual admin dashboard, the actual fee ledger, the actual parent report. Not a slideshow.
